Book a Party

Give them a birthday they'll talk about for weeks. Your party gets a full hour on our ninja obstacle courses with their own party coach, then 45 minutes in a private party room for food, ice cream and cake. You don't have to set up, tidy up or entertain anyone.

Good to know

How the party runs

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early to get socks on and settle in.
  2. 60 minutes on the obstacle courses with your party coach.
  3. 45 minutes in your party room for food, the sundae and cake.

In total it takes 1 hour 45 minutes. Party rooms seat 20 to 22 children, depending on age, and bigger groups can sit in our café, The Shack.

Food and allergies

Our kitchen is nut free, and we cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, coeliac and soya-free diets. Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you check in on the day and our kitchen will cater for them.

Make it extra special

Add sweet cones (£2.95 each), Agility party invites (10 for £3.95) or extra food for the grown-ups, from party fries to pizzas. You can add these when you book.

Who it's for

Ninja Warrior parties are for ages 4 and up. Four-year-olds need a paying adult on the course with them. We also run Toddler Parties for little ones and Teen Parties for older kids.

  • What is Your Availability?

    All of our current party availability can be found through our online booking system. Please click on Book Now then select your chosen date to see our available times.

  • Is there a minimum number for parties?

    Yes! For a Ninja Warrior party we have a minimum of 10 guests. You can book up to 18 guests online, if you require more than this please email us at info@agilityparks.co.uk

  • Can I bring a cake?

    Yes! We just ask that all cake is eaten in our party rooms. We cannot cut the cake for you but can provide you with a cutting utensil and napkins.

  • Can I change the number of guests?

    Yes, we require final numbers and payment 7 days before your party. After this we will not be able to refund for any guests that cannot attend, we can however transfer the place to someone else.

  • Is there a minimum Age for parties?

    Yes, the minimum age for our parties is 4 years. Please note 4 year olds require a paying adult on the course with them to assist them with the obstacles.

  • What should the kids wear?

    Wear long sleeves and long trousers, particularly for the speed slide, to avoid friction burns. No sharp buttons or zips, and nothing in your pockets, including phones.

  • Can parents drop off or do they need to stay?

    Parents are welcome to stay, we provide you with a meeting point which the parents can keep for the duration of the party. We also don't mind if parents just want to drop off and pick up as long as the birthday child parent can contact you if needed.

  • What happens once I've booked a party?

    After your booking we ask that you send the waiver link (found on your ticket) to all party guests parents. We require everyone who uses our course to have a signed waiver. If you have any change in numbers please send us an email to info@agilityparks.co.uk 7 days before your party. Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you check in on the day and our kitchen will cater for them.
