What is a point actually worth? +
Every point is worth 3p. So 100 points = £3.00 of credit towards bookings or purchases.
How do I earn points? +
You earn 2 points for every £1 you spend on booking products and at The Shack Café, plus bonus points when you hit spend or visit milestones — all detailed above.
Do points expire? +
Yes — expiry varies by reward. Your 100-point sign-up bonus expires 30 days after joining, everyday points last 12 months, and milestone, café, party and visit bonuses expire anywhere from 1 to 12 months as shown against each reward above. Your account always shows what's expiring and when.
What if I forget to mention my loyalty account at the café? +
