Agility Payroll Update

We currently run two different payroll periods, one for hourly paid staff and one for salary staff. Payroll is merging the two payrolls into one so they both follow the same pay period for each month.

The payroll period for hourly paid staff is changing from 20th-19th (i.e. 20th Jan - 19th Feb) to a monthly period i.e. 1st Feb - 29th Feb. Which is in line with salaried employees.

As a result the company pay date will also change to the 5th of each month. For example February payroll with be paid on 5th March. This will apply to all staff both hourly and salaried.

February payroll period will be an extended period running 20th Jan - 29th February. Then from March onwards the period will be monthly e.g. you will be paid for the days of March (1st-31st March).

Accounting for weekends the pay dates for 2024 are anticipated to be:

Feb Payroll - Tue 5th March

March Payroll - Fri 5th April

April Payroll - Fri 3rd May

May Payroll - Wed 5th June

June Payroll - Fri 5th July

July Payroll - Monday 5th August

August Payroll - Thu 5th September

September Payroll - Fri 4th October

October Payroll - Tue 5th November

November Payroll - Thu 5th December

December Payroll - Fri 3rd January
