Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Agility and yourself. You agree to abide by the Play Policy.
For the purpose of entry, adults are aged 18+.
You agree Agility may update its terms and conditions without prior notice and that any updates apply retrospectively to all bookings where applicable.
Access
Customers attending our sessions must be fit and well, if you feel unwell you should not attend.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe the person in question poses a risk to themselves, other customers or our staff.
These decisions are only ever made to ensure the health safety and well-being of our customers and staff.
If you are unwell and have already booked your session, please see the cancellation policy below.
Prices
Prices are inclusive of VAT. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations
Standard Tickets
A full refund will be given on our standard session tickets with 7 days notice (from session start time).
A credit or rebooking of a session will be offer with more than 24 hours notice (from session start time), rebooking's are limited to one per booking.
No refund, credit or rebooking will be provided with less than 24 hours notice (from session start time).
Re-bookings are subject to availability, all credits have a 3 month expiry date (from the date of the original booking).
Sports Camp
A full refund will be given on sports camp tickets with 7 days notice (from camp start time).
A credit or rebooking of a session will be offer with more than 24 hours notice (from session start time), rebooking's are limited to one per booking.
No refund, credit or rebooking will be provided with less than 24 hours notice (from session start time).
Re-bookings are subject to availability, all credits have a 3 month expiry date (from the date of the original booking).

Classes
We do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes.
For single class bookings we will provide a credit only if 48 hours notice is provided by email.
For block bookings we will provide a part credit only when 48 hours notice is provide by email, the value of the credit will be for the remainder of the classes in the block. Where credits are requested it is likely you will not receive advance notice to book onto the next block of classes.
Parties
A full refund will be given on party and group bookings with 7 days notice (from start time).
Confirmed numbers and any bespoke food orders are due 7 days before the party date.
48 hours notice (from party start time) must be given to rebook a party. If you are unsure of your rebooking date we will hold a credit which must be used within 3 months of the original party date.
With 48 hours notice a partial credit of £12.95 (peak party) or £8.95 (off peak party) will be given for reduced numbers down to the minimum of 10 guests.

Online Booking
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Agility reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the site, ban from entry to the site or remove from the site any visitor.
No child under 12 years will be admitted to Agility unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
Agility Parks
All users of the park must have a valid ticket.
All users of the park must wear Agility grip socks.
No one is permitted to use the park unless they have received the Agility Safety Induction and acknowledged their understanding of the induction.
Agility Safety Inductions happen before the session start time therefore all participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the session is due to start.
Children under the age of 5 years should be supervised at all times by a parent or carer. Sessions suitbale for children under 5 years are Agility Family and Agility Toddler.
