FSA/EHO Inspection Statement

For Staff & Agility Customers,

During a routine Environmental Health inspection of our kitchen, we unexpectedly received a one star rating. We have always achieved the highest possible five stars and take great pride in our food safety and high hygiene standards and practices.

The main reason for the low rating was an unforeseen failure of one of our hot water tanks. On the day of the inspection this meant we had a temporary hot water supply in place. The system has now been fully repaired and normal hot water provision has been restored.

We are appealing this rating and have requested a reinspection as soon as possible. The management team do not feel this is a true reflection of our kitchen environment, and we feel let down and saddened by the whole experience. Following our reinspection we are very confident we will be back to our five star rating very soon.
