Summer Challenge -

Get A Grip!

Fitness and development while having fun is at the heart of our mission at Agility.  Get A Grip is an awesome challenge which will develop grip strength, core strength and shoulder strength and is suitable for all ages to have a go! 


Our coaches are trained to demonstrate how to do the obstacles and assist anyone who wishes to give it a try.


Get A Grip comprises of six levels :

  1. Cargo Grip
  2. Cargo Rope Grip
  3. Chunky Monkey Bars.
  4. Cones and Cannonballs
  5. Nun Chucks
  6. Ledges


These challenges have been put together by our resident Ninja athlete @hollis.ninja.  Prizes to be won including drinks, snacks and free sessions if you can complete the challenge.  For more information check out the video below!
